The Whole Story

I cannot believe this. It has been about an hour and already my phone has been ringing non-stop and it seems like this is the most monumental issue in the world.

I’m going to put a stop to these questions by explaining EVERYTHING from the start.

Jennifer and I have been friends for about four years now. In no shape or form, during those four years, have we been anymore than friends. Though, during these four years, she has made romantic advances and indications (all of which were before meeting Chris), but I have rejected each and every one of them.

At no point, did I ever want to pursue a romantic relationship with her, and at no point, have I ever willingly engaged in any form of activity that may suggest that I wanted a romantic relationship.

Now, the incident that everything seems to be revolving around, occured last year. She was drunk. I was still quite sober. She started to kiss me while declaring her love for me and I pushed her away and scolded her for doing this. In the end, I wrote it off as one of those times where: “oh, she’s too drunk to mean what she said”, that’s why I never talked about it.

That is the whole story, so don’t give me anymore shit about me screwing Chris and Jennifer over because I didn’t. They fucked this whole thing up, and I’m pissed off because I’m being criminalised and interrogated on my phone when I have done nothing wrong. Chris and Jennifer fucked up, not me, so save the shit for THEM.

This is just a MISUNDERSTANDING caused by everyone’s willingness to just blindly accept the first version of events that they hear (Chris’ and Jennifer’s) and their RELUCTANCE TO HEAR OTHER VIEWS (like mine).

To everyone who has called me and abused/screamed/interrogated/scolded me in the last hour or two, choose a side and stick with it, because I’m going to be merciless as to who remains as my friend.
